Our team consists of highly trained professionals, who’s moderating, and group facilitation experience is broad. Our professionals have moderated focus groups and one-on-ones on topics such as financial literacy, unbanked and underbanked black populations, politics, young adult trends, motherhood and at-risk youth. During the pandemic we heavily relied on digital platforms such as zoom and IG Live for our community outreach efforts.
We know just the right probes to not be insensitive, but still allow people to open up about personal matters such as being unbanked or underbanked. Additionally, we have experience facilitating group discussions such as meetings, panel discussions and community forums. We are equipped to develop a community outreach strategy that ensures your work is being done “with” the community and not “to” the community. We pride ourselves on working on the ground and supporting community based organizations in their local efforts. This service is typically not a stand-alone and is usually paired with our Project Management, Market Research or Event Marketing Services. Our team volunteers in community activities whenever we can.
